1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
2 Welsh Government Draft Budget 2021-22: Evidence session with the Minister for Mental Health, Wellbeing and Welsh Language
2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Mental Health, Wellbeing and Welsh Language.
2.2 Welsh Government officials agreed to provide a summary of the information received from local health boards detailing how the second £3.5 million released from the Mental Health Service Improvement Fund would be spent in line with the delivery plan priorities within Together for Mental Health.
3 Motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for item 4 of today's meeting
3.1 The Committee agreed the motion to exclude the public for item 4 of today’s meeting.
4 Welsh Government Draft Budget 2021-22: Consideration of evidence
4.1 The Committee considered the evidence received and provided a steer on issues to be covered in its report.
5 Welsh Government Draft Budget 2021-22: Evidence session with the Deputy Minister for Culture, Sport and Tourism
5.1 The Committee received evidence from the Deputy Minister for Culture, Sport and Tourism.
5.2 Welsh Government officials agreed to provide a note on the criteria used by Sport Wales to prioritise applications for capital funding for the improvement of sports facilities, and how this ensures that spend is targeted where it is most needed.
